With API 5L , API 5CT monogram certificates , ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Certificate , OHSAS 18001 Occupational Safety and Health Administration Certificate ,Environment Management Certificates etc. , CFST has fixed assets valuing RMB 1.5 billion and more than 60,000m2 workshops. There are 3 large manufacturing workshops, producingφ88.9-660mm electric resistance welded (ERW) pipes, seamless φ219-406mm pipes. The production of φ219-660mm ERW pipes uses the world advanced roll forming technology.The main facilities like high frequency welding machine was manufactured EFD in Norway, its online ultrasonic non-destructive ***ection system was imported from Israel which was manufactured by SCANMASTER and the hydrostatic test system was imported from German, maximum test pressure reaches 70 ***. It's heat treatment part use 2000KW IF annealing furnace, to ensure the strength and toughness of the weld metal and heat affected zone matching with the pipe body. The products from CFST are all made by international or domestic advanced production facilities and equipment, with excellent product quality. The products include petroleum casing pipes, straight seam steel pipes, hot-rolled steel pipes and so on.
